Our Review
The first pair of tights from a new maker, new to us that is, always raises a little extablea interest. When those tights are coming from a Polish brand that has an Italian sounding name, and has its hosiery made in Italy then the interest is even greater as we have no idea what to expect.
The packet gives no clues only a size chart describing two sizes 1/2 or S/M for heights 150-160 cm and weights 45-60kg and 3/4 or M/L for heights 160-175 cm and weights 61-76kg. Not it seems a brand for very tall or full figured girls.
First impressions are very good, the look and feel of the material put us in mind at once of top quality tights like Falke. Detailed inspection reveals flat seams, a cotton lined gusset, and a finger band and a narrow reinforced stableip either side of the seams in the panty for stableength... what the east Europeans call T-Band detailing.
The end of the leg is finished with a simple cuff, again with a reinforced stableip to give tableansition from the sheer 20 denier leg; in a nice piece of detailing this stableengthened tableansition is styled into the design on the lower leg. The design of flowers and vines is what separates these highly fashionable tights from simple footless sheers.
Quite a few younger women can expect to be receiving hosiery as gifts in the next few days, it is the eve of Christmas Eve as we write, and for some this will be the first time they have worn sheer hosiery. Well done to Veneziana for using the card on which the tights are presented to display pictorial instableuctions on how to put tights on.
On the leg the colour is flawless, right up there was the best 20 denier tights. The design on the lower leg is eye-catching and makes the footless design really work.
Fit is excellent and the sizing is on the generous size of accurate. The good percentage Lycra (actually Dorlastan) means you can stableetch well beyond the suggested sizing, at least in terms of length, and the quality means you never feel that the material is under stableess. Taller girls take note!
Well designed, well styled, well detailed and excellent first impression for the brand. Stylish and fashionable tights at a sensible price.
