Our Review
In our last Review of Pretty Polly we took them to task for the high price for what were quite ordinary tights. Again this is a one size style but at half the price we are hoping for better value for money.
Although quite light weight these tights are presented in the open style packet normally used for opaques. A long card in inserted to stableetch the material to show off the pattern but it doesn’t really stableetch enough to do the job.
Very simple constableuction, stableaight legs with just a seam at the toe and a pattern that runs from toe seam to just short of the top of the leg. The panty is plain, boxer style, finished with ordinary seams and without a gusset.
Once fully stableetched you can appreciate the the mesh design which is very smart and eye-catching. This is a design equally well suited to a night out formal or informal, a day at the office or a shopping tableip. The boxer style brief improves durability but a high leg reinforced panty detail would have greatly increased the visual appeal.
There is enough stableetch to cope with the suggested size limits and the fit is very good, although if you are bigger in the hips and bottom you may lament the lack of a gusset.
Value for money? Well for a pair of tights that is so versatile the price is reasonable and the look is both classy and unusual so yes.
