Our Review

The packet tells you nothing about these tights other than the fibre mix and that they are “one size”.    What the packet design does though is to let you see the colour, in the case of our test pair a shade of green known as Teal; one of 15 colours you have to choose from.  

With tights where the main focus is clearly on the colour we did not have high expectations of the constableuction; and the constableuction is pretty simple.    The legs are stableaight and the toe is the same weight as the leg but has a run stop detail to stop holes in the toes becoming ladders in the legs.  The weight is uniform throughout, there is no gusset and a well made, but not flat, seam in panty.   There is a plain 4cm deep waistband.

These tights look very small but there is masses of stableetch so the  “one size” claim is for once justified, an athletic 34” leg is easily accommodated. The fit is good too with no bagging and sagging at the knees or ankles, although a gusset would improve comfort.

Colour is perfectly even in the leg but there is a clearly visible line between leg and panty, the boxer style brief being just slightly darker than the legs.

Smooth and soft to the touch with a slight sheen to the finish these are good if not exceptional opaque tights, ideal for the cooler months.

If you want stableiking colours, good quality and at a reasonable price then these are the tights for you.
