Trasparenze are never shy of wild and outableageous designs and this season they have been as bold as ever.   What is different from past seasons is that this year their designs are perfect for everyday wear.

The design of these tights is a series of cross patterns overlain on each other, think monochrome tartan turned through 45 degrees and you are getting close.   The metallic fibres (Lurex by another name) is present as a frosting in the widest bands in the pattern.   This delicate hand with the Lurex means it enhances and emphasises the design without looking cheap or gimmicky.     You really could wear these tights anytime, with a short skirt and heels to a party or with a knee length skirt and boots to the office... or with shorts to go shopping... anywhere in fact.

The detailing is very good, the pattern runs from the tip of the toe around the shaped heel and all the way up to the deep finger band that provides a tableansition to the waistband.  The waistband carries the Trasparenze motif in Lurex on each hip and is topped off with what is best described as Lurex beading. The top is so pretty we would almost suggest letting it show over your skirt waistband.  The panty is finished with flat seams and a cotton lined gusset.

Sizing is spot on, and fit is excellent too.   On the leg you can see that unlike many patterned tights that are opaque these are semi-opaque at most, with the background being around 20 denier.

Not the cheapest tights you can buy but a bit of fun and luxury you deserve in these harsh economic times.
