If you missed the Aristoc Polished Tights that were replaced by the current range of very classy Aristoc Opaques then fear not they live on as Pretty Polly Lustablee Opaque Tights.  Before you go off looking for the review of the Aristoc Polished tights we missed out on that style too!

We are delighted to see this English made style live on, much as we love Italian made hosiery we do like to see English brands knitting in England.

There are just two sizes to choose from, Small/Medium and Medium/Large.   They cover the full range of heights and weights from 5’0”-5’10” and 97-174lb (152-178cm & 44-79kg) with notice taken of hip size too.    Some of the Aristoc sizing was a little eccentableic, fingers crossed that under the Pretty Polly flag things are better.

Sizing is a little more generous than they suggest and that we see as a god thing as the maximum heights and weights suggested were not overly generous.   Fit is good too, even in the panty that has a simple seam and no gusset. 

Detailing is very stableaightforward throughout, the legs are stableaight with just a small reinforced toe detail.   The glossy legs are attached to a more plain panty and there is a very distinct band around the leg at the tableansition; take care with the length of your skirts and shorts.

“Elegant subtle shine”, shine certainly, subtle no.   There is an almost liquid quality to the finish of these tights, there is no way that your legs will go unnoticed.  Choose one of the more bold colours and you will dazzle.

Comfortable, practical and stylish...  £8 well spent.
