Opaque tights in winter, sheers in summer simple! Or at least it would be if you could be sure when the weather would change, how many of us have been caught out by the weather suddenly turning warm only to find that our opaque tights have been concealing a pair of legs in dire need of some tlc and not quite ready for ultra sheers?
Can patterned tights like these from Levante can save the day?
Levante Alessandra tights are 15 denier sheers with an additional trellis pattern. The pattern is quite subtle but it is enough to improve the concealing effect and allow you just a little more time to get your legs “just so” ready for sheers.
The detailing is quite straight forward, straight legs finished with sheer toes, a cotton lined gusset and flat seams in the panty. Sheer to waist with the trellis pattern running from behind the toes to the waistband.
We love the trellis pattern for its flexibility. During the day it is a stylish alternative to sheers; in the evening it makes an eye catching fashion statement, just choose the most appropriate shade for the time of day.
As usual for Levante there are three sizes from medium to extra tall and a helpful size chart that uses not just height and weight but also hip size. If you use the heights and hip sizes but ignore the weights you should get spot on sizing.
Fit is excellent from hip to toe.
